Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Halkhata, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Accounts and registration

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your PIN and password secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

Use Halkhata only for lawful business purposes. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access data that does not belong to your shop.

Subscription and free trial

Halkhata is offered on a subscription basis with a one-month free trial. After the trial, continued use requires an active paid plan.

Billing and payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance for the chosen period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give notice before any price change.

Your data

Your business data remains yours. You grant us the permissions needed to host, process, and sync it so we can provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Service availability

Halkhata is designed to keep working offline, but online features depend on connectivity and our servers. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Halkhata is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Keep your own backups of critical records.

Termination

You may stop using Halkhata at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, after notice where reasonable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Bangladesh.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
